VIRGINIA ABC LIQUOR LICENSING ASSISTANCE:

We offer direct access to a group that works exclusively to help businesses apply for, get approved for, and maintain ABC liquor licensing requirements for the Commonwealth of Virginia.

TYPES OF ASSISTANCE AVAILABLE:

 

  • First-time ABC license application. 

  • License renewal.

  • Licensing updates.

  • License extensions.

  • Access to Expert Attorneys, versed in Virginia ABC Law.

  • One Day Licenses For Special Events.

  • Application assistance with completing and submitting the VA alcohol license application on your behalf complete through license approval.

  • Legal publication and NOTICE posting.

  • Review of ALL necessary documents required for license approval (lease, SCC, EIN, bylaws, etc.).

  • On-line, state-certified alcohol seller/server training TOAST VA for all employees.

  • Temp. license audits and documentation submission for a permanent license.

  • Member/officer change.

  • Monthly monitoring of sales for compliance.

  • Assistance with VA ABC Hearing if applicable.

  • Mixed beverage annual review (MBAR review and filing).

  • 12 months of consulting which includes happy hour/advertising guidance, record-keeping guidance, and any correspondence to VA ABC Authority.
